Stacey Daily
Director/Solicitor
I went to school in Nelson and obtained my law degree at Otago University. I was admitted as a lawyer in 2006 and I have been working as a lawyer since then, except for two periods of maternity leave to have my two young daughters. I am an experienced Family Court lawyer and I am also experienced in resolving family and employment disputes outside of court. I am on the panel of lawyers appointed by the Court to represent children in Court proceedings. I am passionate about assisting people to resolve disputes which will affect their lives from time to time. There are a variety of ways that we can assist you depending on your circumstances. Amanda and I are both family legal aid providers and in some cases we are able to provide free legal advice for low income families or individuals.

Munting-Kilworth
Director/Solicitor
I grew up in Nelson and completed my Law Degree and Bachelor of Arts (Psychology major) at Canterbury University. After 4 years of general practice at Wolfe Cadenhead Stone in Christchurch, I continued practice in commercial property law in London for a further 4 years before taking time out to be a full time mum. On my return to work, I specialised in employment law in Christchurch before returning to Nelson practicing for 5 years at Fletcher Vautier Moore in commercial law, family and employment law. This is where Stacey and I first became colleagues before we both moved to Stevens Orchard Lawyers Ltd, where I specialised solely in family and employment law. Assisting clients in finding solutions and imparting knowledge that they can use in their lives moving forward is my greatest reward.

I am a born and bred Nelsonian, and I returned home to practise Law in 2014 after I obtained my degree’s from Canterbury University. I have dedicated the majority of my practise to Family Court work. I enjoy working with families to assist with resolution both outside and through the Court processes. The work includes parenting disputes, family violence applications, relationship property and making applications to make decisions for others. I have been appointed by the Court to represent children in Court Proceedings. For families with limited financial means we can provide advice about the out of Court processes through Family Legal Advice Service and advice on Court Proceedings through Legal Aid. In addition to my law degree, I also obtained a commerce degree with a major in Human Resource Management. This has assisted in my knowledge of Employment matters and I am working with Amanda on these matters.

Shelley Fowler
Legal Executive
I live in rural north Nelson with my husband and two young children. Prior to having children, my husband and I worked in London for 8 years and were fortunate to visit some wonderful places together. My keen interest in law led me to study Legal Executive Studies and I completed my diploma in 2018. My personal interests include tennis, touch rugby and running. I love getting out into the outdoors with my family and I love supporting our children at various sports and musical events. It is a pleasure to work with Amanda and Stacey in such a professional and friendly office environment.
