Our team provides legal advice and representation to clients who are eligible for legal aid. To find out if you are eligible for legal aid please use the financial eligibility calculator on the Ministry of Justice website, or contact Shelley at our office who can assess whether you can apply for legal aid.
If you are not eligible for legal aid, our fees are charged on an hourly basis and take into account the urgency and complexity of the advice needed.
Our terms of engagement have further information about our fees and are available to you if requested. These are provided to all clients in advance of significant work being completed.
Fees are discussed with you in advance of, or during, our first consultation and payment arrangements are acceptable for some types of cases. Fees should not be a barrier to receiving legal advice and assistance.
